The Details
8 weeks, 6 students
A small team of 6 students + me will meet for 6 calls - one per week for 75 minutes with two weeks of buffer for implementation and recorded bonus trainings. We'll coordinate the times together based on what fits for most availability.
Deep trainings for your Skills + growth
The first half of each call will consist of a training designed to improve your mindset, sharpen your skills, and bolster your business.
individual hotseats
The second half of each call will rotate "hotseats" for each member, where you can voice your pain points and get specific feedback, direction, and plans for positive forward momentum. When it's not your turn, you'll gain so much from listening in on the troubleshooting and feedback for others in the group.

As you're working on the things we talk about each week between meetings, use our custom Slack channel to connect with the group, share gallery links, ask questions, celebrate your wins, problem-solve issues, and more. I'll be in the group regularly, to support you, provide extra feedback, follow-up on topics from our trainings and generally be your hype girl.

The plan
Week 1: Cut to the core
Define your unique transformation, troubleshoot your client experience, and begin creating collections that are wholly aligned with your values + suited to your ideal work
Week 2: Pricing and Workflow workshop
Taking what we learned from week one and the independent work you unpacked from the week, we'll tie your dream workflow together with pricing and collection model that gets you booked and loving the way you work.
Week 3: The Intention Filter
Learn my process for culling to create strong, brand-aligned galleries. We talk about developing consistency in a vibe - not cookie cutter sessions and share examples that will inspire you to immediately improve your deliverables.
Week 4: Break / implement
Use this week's meeting time to dedicate towards implementation. You'll receive a recorded lesson as a bonus to watch anytime and can submit work for feedback from me and the group
Week 5: In home session tips and tricks
Improve your skills with common session problems - from freezing on ideas when you get to the home, to managing chaotic toddler behavior, to new ways of working for variety and natural engagement throughout the shoot vs a perscribed checklist.
Week 6: Alternative Marketing
Dig deeper for your brand voice and messaging that resonates in this workshop-style class. We'll brainstorm the language and topics you can use as brand pillars and help you show up as fully yourself. Gain confidence and excitement around what you bring to the world while creating an action plan for slow-growth channels to support your long-term success.
Week 7: 5 min feedback
In the last week, we'll share any final resources or materials you've updated with the group for feedback, utilize my ear for closing loops on questions or problems through the Slack channel. We'll share wins, takeaways, and reflections to solidify learning and action steps from the program moving forward.
Week 8: Wrap up5
Share your work! Students will submit galleries for realtime walkthroughs to gain insight on the strongest images that align with your brand message, posing tips to uplevel, and location/lighting troubleshooting to take into your future sessions.
